Smoked Salmon
Our sustainably sourced Atlantic salmon is gently smoked over smouldering wood chips with great care and attention in a truly traditional manner resulting in something that we are immensely proud of and that our customers enjoy time and again.
“Strath” means valley, and “Garry” is the river that flows majestically through it.
Situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Loch Garry is the source of the River Garry, a waterway steeped in natural beauty and history that runs past our ancestral home, Strathgarry.
Winding its way through the rugged mountains of northern Perthshire, the Garry meanders by the imposing Blair Castle and on through the Pass of Killiecrankie.
